Warranty

We warrant the PT/PRO™ for one (1) years against defects in materials, craftsmanship or design. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the item. We will pay for the shipping charges incurred for warranty work within the continental United States on products shipped by UPS or FedEx ground. You must call for authorization before shipping the item back to us. The misuse of the PT/PRO™ voids this warranty.

This warranty and remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties and remedies, expressed or implied in law or in fact.

Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the PT/PRO™, you may return it for a full refund minus the original shipping charges. If items are damaged or defective, all charges will be refunded. Refunds must be made within 15 days of product receipt and all refunds must be pre-authorized by JP Design & Mfg., Inc. Items must be returned, freight prepaid, in the original carton and in an unused condition.
